El hotel en las fotos parece estupendo, pero la realidad es otra. En general bastante cutre, sobretodo en comparación con las fotos. Las habitaciones algo sucias, algunas cucarachas muertas por el pasillo del hotel, nuestra habitación con mosquitos. Las camas con sábanas limpias y toallas limpias, lo único El buffet para desayunar poca cosa, bien En general el hotel bastante cutre, no vale lo que pagas A la entrada tuvimos que insistir en que nuestra reserva estaba confirmada y pagada, ya que el personal de entrada no la encontraba y su solución era que pagar de nuevo la estancia. Tuvimos que insistir mucho en que revisara bien, finalmente encontró la reserva en el ordenador y pudimos hacer el check in. Lo dicho, todo cutre.

호텔 위치가 좋아서 결정했는데 생각보다 열악하네요! 가격에 비해 룸은 넓은 편이예요. 조금만 더 깨끗하게 관리 부탁드려요. 그래도 방을 바로 바꿔주셔서 좋았답니다.

khách sạn có mùo ẩm móc rất khó chịu - ồn - vị trí khó tìm - cầu thang đi lên sảnh tiếp tân khó khăn - không có bảo vệ khiêng hành lý - nếu là khách nữ đi lên khách sạn làm sao khiêng được hành lý . sẽ không quay lại

No proper hygiene and poor services seems to be poor toiletries and sheets with stains. No cleanliness and not recommended for official stay seems be an hourly hotel and no breakfast facility food quality is pathetic had to order from outside

worst experience. bedsheets were dirty. There was issue of internet, they took 5 hrs to solve. I called up for room cleaning. Room service came after 4 hours. For 2 hr early check in they charged me 2k extra.

Dirty towels, no lt even a soap, no power point working, no one attended intercom phones. Wrong information about the bill issuances.

It was the worst stay ever. The hotel is just 1 single floor while pictures show its multi-storey type. 2. ⁠the staff don’t have basic etiquette’s of how to talk with customers. 3. ⁠Rooms were Dirty. Furniture was torn chair cover was torn. 4. ⁠most of the time Breafast area was so small it’s was very difficult to stand there. 5. Torn towel . 6. Dirty balcony. Broken bed rest with Fungus. . Broken washroom partition
